Coco Jumbo is an animal character from Part V: Vento Aureo. It is a turtle and thus hard to describe in that it's not really an ally and not really an enemy.
Synopsis

Coco Jumbo is introduced as a basic average turtle with a stand. However, he serves as a room for the group on the train heading towards Florence.
Absolutely nothing else is known about Coco Jumbo. One can guess that Diavolo used the Bow and Arrow on it, giving Coco Jumbo his current abilities. It seems to have no personality or at least never displays an increased intellect as other animal stand users did. The turtle has a depression on its shell shaped to fit and hold a key.
The bodiless spirit of Jean Pierre Polnareff now resides within Mister President and can converse with others.
